Studio Karen Zuo and Miset-Art Classes general Policy & Terms

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all students and clients, please read and agree to the following policies before enrolling in our classes or booking our photography services.
1. General Policies
• All students and clients must complete the registration form before attending classes or photography sessions.
• Payments must be made in advance to secure your spot.
• Respect for instructors, fellow students, and studio property is required at all times.
• The studio reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, pricing, or services with prior notice.
2. Art Class Policies
Enrollment & Attendance
• Students must register and pay for their selected course before the first class.
• If a student misses a class, a make-up session may be arranged, depending on availability. No refunds for missed sessions.
• If a student is late, they may still join, but the class will end at the scheduled time.
Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancellations made 7 days before the course starts: Full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course starts: 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations after the course has started.
• If the studio cancels a class, students will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
Art Materials
• Basic materials are provided for children’s classes.
• For advanced courses, students may need to bring their own materials (a supply list will be provided).
3. General Photography Service Policies

Booking & Payment
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the session.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
• If payment is not completed, Studio Karen Zuo reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
• Rescheduling (48 hours or more before the session): Allowed once without extra charge.
• Cancellation more than 7 days before the session: Full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the session: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation on the day of the shoot: No refund.
Photo Delivery & Usage Rights
• Edited photos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after the session.
• Clients receive high-resolution digital files for personal use.
• Miset-Art reserves the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
4. Liability & Studio Rules
• Miset-Art is not responsible for personal belongings left in the studio.
• The studio is not liable for injuries that may occur during classes or photoshoots.
• Clients and students are responsible for any damages caused to studio equipment or property.
5. Agreement & Consent
By enrolling in a class or booking a photography session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to Studio Karen Zuo’s Policy & Terms.
